“Space Force”

I watched Netflix’s “Space Force” series. It was… there. It was clearly intended to be funny, but… I dunno. It seemed almost like they contacted the Vulcan Science Academy and had them produce a comedy show. They understood that there was *supposed* to be humor, but they’re kinda vague on  the concept.

The science was of course pretty much absent. The politics was pretty much what you’d expect… “hurr durr Orange Man stooopid.” The only, and rather surprisingly, good spot: they didn’t shy away from portraying the Chinese as the villains.

If there is not a season two… I probably won’t even notice. The series was largely forgettable.
