As a bit of an antidote to yesterdays news about Scruffy, here are a few more photos of the little black fluffy kitten from a few days back. I figured that since Buttons was such a friendly cat he’d like the kitten… but the kitten spit at him, and he didn’t want much to do with it after that.

Since the fate Scruffy recently met, have you had the kitten checked out and tested for Feline Leukemia & Feline Imune viruses? I would be worried having it around your other 3 loved ones till it test clear.

Due to financial constraints, no,nor is it too likely. There will be a pretty solid separation between the Inside and Outside cats.
The inside cats will get whatever vet care they need… the outside cats will be pretty much on their own except for potential emergency care. Fortunately, simply watching Scruffy keel over didn’t cost much.
