I went a couple of years ago, expecting to see the YF-22. I was disappointed that it was in storage somewhere else and this was in its place. One is far less likely to see a YF-22, and (if I remember right) this wasn’t even a real F-22.
Worth it to see the YF-23 though = )
Did they fire the Sidewinder in that position? It looks like the engine’s backblast would go right back into the storage bay.
Very nice. That hanger is a pain to get a good shot in (even with a tripod).
