Rogue elements within the Russian security services and resistance fighters who want to overthrow the regime are among the suspects in the Moscow assassination of Darya Dugina, 30.
Oh yeah. This is the sort of thing that *never* escalates.
So what should e expect to see? Enemies of the state hung, shot, disappeared en masse? An expansion of the war(s) to distract attention? Further assassination attempts, perhaps even targeting Putin? Bright flashes in the sky a few thousand meters above major metropolitan areas around the world, followed by a mighty thump and a strong warm breeze?
The Wikipedia article on Alexander Dugin makes for entertaining reading… the man is whackadoo at an advanced level.
In June 2012, Dugin said in a lecture that chemistry and physics are demonic sciences, and that all Orthodox Russians need to unite around the president of Russia in the last battle between good and evil, following the example of Iran and North Korea. He added: “If we want to liberate ourselves from the West, it is needed to liberate ourselves from textbooks on physics and chemistry.”
Snerk. But as funny as his nuttiness is, he is a genocidal loon who wants a Russian Empire that extends not just through the old Soviet territory, but into western Europe and American territory. He’d be laughable were it not for his influence on Putin. The fact that he’s close enough to neo-Nazi as makes no difference makes the Kremlins lies about invading Ukraine to combat Nazis even goofier. Kinda makes me wonder if the assassination attempt was carried out under *Putins* orders.
In a now-deleted tweet, Russian diplomat Mikhail Ulyanov kinda lets the cat out of the bag regarding the Kremlins intentions towards the civilian population of Ukraine. In later tweets he claims he’s being taken out of context…. but the dude’s a PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMAT.
When a political actor who wants to hurt you SAYS they want to hurt you…. believe them when they blurt stuff out before they have a chance to really think over their wording.

You want food deserts? because this is how you get food deserts. Every store in a ten block radius that sells food or medical supplies should shut down until 90% of the people on camera here are arrested, charged, convicted and sentenced to a term of at least several years… or are “otherwise dealt with.” It’s up to the community to police themselves now that the police have been defunded and the prosecutors are “progressive.”

This video is from Ukraine, but is actually a few years old. Rather than depicting the aftermath of a missile or bomb strike, there was a nearby quarry and an explosion went a little “funny.” One thing that I *would* like an explanation on: at right about 26 seconds in, on the right side of the screen there’s a sizable plume.. and something large and dark seemed to *jump* out of the water. Theory: a very large chunk of rock finally fell out of the sky and hit something in the water, perhaps a log, and the thing that got hit see-sawed out.

Regardless of how the kid contracted the disease… A) it’s not the kids fault and B) kids tend to crawl all over each other. The more morons who couldn’t control their baser actions get the disease, the more likely they are to pass them on to kids, and then the more likely those kids are to pass them on to *other* kids. And soon enough… BAM, the schools shut down again.
One more reason for the barbarians in charge of China to whack all their pets. If I lose pets due to this nonsense, I’m at the very least going to join a class action suit against any organization that put on “Pride Month” events that spread this. My cats busting out on pustules because a bunch of perverts and weirdos could keep it in their pants for a few weeks would be the sort of thing that I would not forgive.
