While Raedthinn’s status as “Weird Position Sleeper Champ” is unquestioned, Buttons is taking him on in the realm of “Champion Overall Sleeper.” Raedthinn is a relatively light sleeper compared to Buttons, who refuses to be bothered while sleeping.

So will Raedthinn tolerate belly rubs when laying like that or would you get a painful reminder that five of a cats six points are potentially sharp when orientated that way?
Usually he’ll get up and wander off if you give him a belly rub. He’s not overly fond of being petted, except when and how *he* wants it.
I, too, had a black and white tuxedo cat. It too slept in strange positions, often as stretched as it could get. Other times, it looked so painful, I was afraid it might have hurt itself.
Maybe it’s a genetic thing for tuxedos.
