That’s what you get when you take security seriously, rather than as a make work program.
For a long time I have felt we could learn much from the Israelis in terms of security and how to combat terrorism, and wondered why we don’t have their guys in here training ours. They’ve had to deal with such issues for their entire existence, after all.
