Wait a minute, what’s he got me in a box for?
He’s going to ship me to that cathouse in Reno! I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT!!” 😉
We’d put a box in the middle of the living room floor, no matter how small, our huge cat Ed, would try to get inside. Ed was 18#’s and had long legs and body. We had a box that was a lttle shorter than a shoe box, we put it on the floor and when he came in from rolling around in the dirt, the box caught his eye.
Methodically he tried different ways to get all four paws into the box and once he was satisfied, he settled down into the box with most of his body hanging over the sides. He looked like a big loaf of cat!

Cat in the Box
What’s amusing is when the cats try to fit in boxes that are to small for them.
cardboard box is a Cat paradise
Also kid paradise. Little kids love the flaps.
