I see the same sort of thing around the university here. Funny thing is that I’ve never seen any followup on what changes have been made.
I checked my usual source (http://www.behindthename.com/) and didn’t find the name “Dinnar.” There’s a masculine name of Slavic orgin — Damir — that means something like “giver of peace.”
My wife is Ugandan. Those NGOs are often scams, some are genuine.
