This contract has since been executed in year 2005 and the contractors have been paid all their contract bills remaining the over-invoice amount of Nine Million six Hundred Thousand United States Dollars which I want to transfer.
3. REQUIREMENT: What I expect from you in your reply are the following so that we can proceed if you are interested to do this business with me and my partner:
