I think there are a whole lot of individuals and organizations ready to be sued into the poorhouse. Perhaps the victims of the Waukesha black supremacist attack could fund a Mars colonization mission after draining the Soros bank accounts? A “New Waukesha Orbital” Island 4 habitat in L4 or L5 sounds nice.
