Been looking for this for years, but never found it. From the “Heaven and Hell” episode of Cosmos. The music in question starts at about 4:19, as Sagan says “… a violent explosion on the moon.” Runs to about 8.00.

Pretty sure that’s Vangelis. At least the bit under the chanting. A lot of those tracks came from the “Albedo 0.39” and “Heaven and Hell” albums.
