Great picture! The small lever on the pilots left at the round in the side pan is the tilt lever (according to Boeings DS Ejection and Survival System paper). This enabled 2.5 degrees of tilt forward for ground ops and 13 degrees aft of nominal position for ejection (automatically adjusted when seat is activated). Since there was no ejection handle on the left pan I guess the Dyna Soar pilot road to orbit with his left hand on the abort handle and his right free to give the A-OK, thumbs-up signal.
