    Honestly don’t know. But it’s a commonly seen sight, right at the side of I-15.

    It was an early notice that Utah is a little different. It’s *covered* with graffitti… but *nice* graffitti, none of that gang sign tagging bullshit. “Welcome Home, Elder Smith.” “We love you John.” “Good luck Fred.” That sort of thing. The south side has a large flat wall, that seemingly every week is whitewashed and completely covered over with new signs like that.

    The same structure in California would be a meth lab filled with tweakers and crackheads and gangbangers.
