The engines now are physically connected to the ship. The connections might not be precisely accurate, but this should be pretty good, and will allow the engines to be positioned for landing, flight or anywhere in between. The landing gear will be provided in either landing or flight configuration, however… trying to come up with cost-effective landing gear that could do double duty and withstand the weight of the model sitting on it would be probably impossible.
