Chelyabinsk meteor: Space rock hit-rate ‘underestimated’

In short: re-analysis of data suggests Chelyabinsk-type impacts occur on average of every thirty years or so (tightened up from previous estimate of every century and a half), while Tunguska-types are every few hundred years rather than once a millennium.
