Human-powered hover bike wins coveted $250K prize

It’s not a “hover bike,” as such, but a helicopter. Unlike human powered airplanes, this human powered helicopter is incapable of flying any distance… the pilot was able to raise it to an altitude of 3.3 meters and hover for 64 seconds.
