Engineers Unveil First Casimir Chip That Exploits The Vacuum Energy

I think the title is a little off. The chip does not so much “exploit” vacuum energy as it measures the Casimir Effect. Still, it’s a useful advance in trying to understand one of the stranger phenomena that Nature has thrown at us.
