Nobody can mangle the English language quite as badly as British people. In this case, apparently Scottish people on something that appears to be a British version of Jerry Springer:

I can’t understand a word of it, but I’d bet a nickel that what we have here are the Scottish equivalent of the sort of uneducated human debris you’d see on Springer or Maury Povich or Montel Williams or Ed Schultz.
