Today I actually sold two of my photos, both 36-inch framed panoramas. Sold both of ’em to a neighbor who liked that they were of the local area. Now if I can reproduce that success another, oh, 10,000 times, I’ll be doing ok…
Actually, I have procured a wholly different web address for precisely that purpose. Ain’t nuthin’ on it yet except for “Coming Soon,” though. Still trying to work out the proper logistics of just how to do this.
I’ve had a *lot* of prints made, most good, some sucko, all experimental. What looks right on screen sometimes looks weird in hardcopy.
I’ve got to standardize the prints to certain sizes. I already have a stack of 12X16’s and 16X20’s, and a number of 12X36’s. But a lot of them are panoramas that fit somewhere in between.
Look! It’s a panoramic view! That means you must have Windows Mojave!
But….do you realize that you are actually using….WINDOWS VISTA?
Yes, many cat lovers like yourself have heard nothing but bad things about Windows Vista…but when they see it in action, both they and their cats purr with delight at its capabilities!
Think of a photo of your pet cats… now think of a photo of _every pet cat_ in the United States sitting side-by-side, stretching from San Francisco to Washington DC! Yes, with Windows Vista you could actually join millions of cat photos together to show a unbroken line of cats going from the Golden Gate Bridge to our nation’s capital!
Cats thirsting for water in Death Valley! Cats falling into Bryce Canyon! Cats shivering atop Pikes Peak! Cats being swept off to Oz by a Kansas Tornado! Cats being compromised in Missouri! Cats eating blue grass in Kentucky! Dixiecats in Virginia prowling Civil War battlefields and slaying bluebirds by the hundred! Cats trying to evade congressmen who are hunting for pussy!
Yes, Windows Vista would allow you to do such a photo!
…and that’s not all Windows Vista allows you to do!
It would let you do OTHER THINGS as well… but they are too numerous to mention here…so let’s just stick with those big pictures until we figure out exactly what those things are.
And those of us who love cats know that the cat owner’s best friend is PetiCure, the amazing nail trimmer that never damages your pet’s claws in a way that would cause it pain.
Yes, PetiCure the surprisingly low cost…. 🙂
Did you make any money on the sale.
Dad
Yes. Actually made a bit of profit. Not a lot, but it’s a start…
Set up a section here and advertise them.
I want one. Although perhaps not that one.

How much for a full resolution download of that top one?
I’m as yet hesitant to sell full-rez electronic versions.

> Yes, many cat lovers… etc.
It occurs to me that you seem overly obsessed with cats.
In any event: I don’t have Windows Vista. I use other programs for photostitching.
