Colditz Castle glider escape plot realised more than 65 years after the war

For a documentary, a supposedly exact replica of the glider was built and flown. Sadly, due to nanny-sate regulations is wasn’t manned… it had a couple of dummies and a remote control system. Still, it flew well enough to do what the original was supposed to do.
