NATO is an easy target since it’s dying on it’s feet. You can’t even really call it a paper tiger anymore. 🙁

  Huh? An alliance that’s “dying on it’s[sic] feet” doesn’t seem like a threat requiring nuclear weapons. And I don’t think anyone was ever calling NATO a “paper tiger”; I thought that was a Chinese term of derision for their enemies.
