  1. Early in the video, “protestors” obstructing traffic and harassing drivers. Later, 2 OWS morons reported as run over. I’m guessing the “victims” were trying to block the car that hit them, maybe jumping in front. Too bad that wasn’t caught on this video.

  2. The beginning of the end for the OWS. The problem with third-party movements in this country is that they tend to end up fighting each other instead of coming together and unifying. If the OWS and Tea Party got smart and got together then they would be a formidable force.

This is akin to one group of aerospace engineers attacking another group of aerospace engineers because one group has the better deign or more support. What’s the point of attacking people of your own mindset and causing conflict with potential allies?

The difference between OWS and the Tea Party is one chooses to protest while the other is working within the political party and political system for the change it wants.

    • The last time this happened was the middle-60s, and the protestors got what they claimed they wanted.

      • The protesters back in the mid-60s got what they wanted? Then why are we having the (same) OWS protests?

        • Because they want more, with less responsibility. The first time through they claimed they wanted democracy for all. They got that. Now they want free food.

    • Both the Tea party and OWS oppose bailouts, but for vastly different reasons.

OWS opposes the bailouts because “the rich” benefited. They’re all for wealth transfers to their own benefit. The Tea Party is opposed to forcible wealth transfer in general.

OWS sees one person having hundreds of times more than another as criminal, a theft from society. The Tea Party has no problem with someone gaining vast wealth by honest means, a result of wealth production.

I see no way these movements could reconcile.

  3. The Texas Rx

    1. Open car door and step out

    2. Display Mossberg 500

    3. Slide rack to chamber round

    4. Re-enter car; drive away peacefully

  4. Gunfire will start. Probably from a hidden sniper, but I’d almost give even odds that someone driving past will feel threatened and protect themselves.

  5. I’ve noticed that some of the OWS people are calling for violent communist/socialist revolution, yet they are the least equipped, organized, and trained for such an undertaking. you’d think this would be a priority for the leaders of the movement.

perhaps someone plans to use them in unarmed human wave assaults to thin them out a bit before actually training them? where did I leave that water-cooled Maxim? hmmmm….

  6. Here’s the really scary part: the people inside the building called 911 four times. 911 hung up on them four times.

Remember, folks: in Warren v D.C. a federal court ruled that ruled that the police do not have a legal responsibility to provide personal protection to individuals. Your safety and security are your responsibility. Take appropriate steps.

  7. […] So, when do you expect Michelle Obama to show up in Seattle and scold the “occupy” movement? After all, she has of late glommed onto bullying as a way to get herself some press, and the Occupation movement is all about bullying. […]
