A neutron star would not look like a normal spherical object. The mass is so high and the size so small that spacetime is warped in the vicinity of the star and the image you’d see would actually include portions of the *far* side of the sphere. You’d see more than 50% of its surface, making it look larger than it actually is.
SpaceX is working on the drop ship. Several firearms manufacturers have produced the pulse rifle. The smart gun is in works.
And Sarcos Robotics has a functional prototype of the power loader.
The exoskeleton seems to be nearly silent, which would indicate an electric system with a built in battery, rather thana system that uses an internal combustion engine for prime power. That’s great and all, but I do wonder about how long the rig will run before the battery craps out.
Want to get your ass handed to you? Supporting Trump on a public school bus seems like a good way to get the process going. The video here makes for educational watching.
I am representing the victim in this video who is a student at Hamilton County, FL School District. This incident occurred on the school bus and is under investigation.https://t.co/POTpm4vu9K

Under other situations this would clearly be a “hate crime.” Here?
From the most trustworthiest news site on the internet:
I can’t wait for the Snopes takedown of this…
The Ford Nucleon was the most audacious and least realistic concept car of all time: an automobile with a nuclear reactor. What more needs to be said? Well, other than “here’s a nifty bit of concept art.”
Note that this illustration is from 1956, while the Nucleon is generally described as dating from 1957. This is therefore almost certainly an early illustration, before the final-ish design was settled upon. The more widely known illustrations of the Nucleon depict a distinctly different roof to the passenger cabin.
All evidence points to this being a real game:
From the link where you can pre-order the game:
Become Jesus Christ, the famous man on Earth – in this highly realistic simulation game. Pray like Him for getting superpower, perform famous miracles like Him from Bible like casting demons, healing and feeding people, resurrection and more in “I am Jesus Christ”.
Heh.
Yes, the company does seem to be for real; their Steam page lists quite a sizable number of games. Whether they are any good, I can’t say; they seem to be rather… uh, niche interest sort of games. “Thief Simulator,” “Plane Mechanic Simulator,” “Cooking Simulator,” “Ultimate Fishing Simulator,” “House Flipper,” so on. Sounds about like the “Progressive Park” of video games, but to each their own. That said, there are some good comments on YouTube:
The exit poll, conducted for the UK’s main broadcasters, predicted the Conservatives would win 368 seats, well ahead of Labour’s 191.
Snerk.
If confirmed by the official counts in the next few hours, those numbers represent the best results for the Conservatives since Margaret Thatcher’s win in 1987 — and the worst Labour result in more than 80 years.
Ha.
This is of course early, but it looks like the British people might actually be interested in Britain remaining a sovereign nation. Who knew?
The Admiral Kuznetsov, which caught fire in 2009, and which had it’s floating dry dock sink underneath it right at a year ago, is on fire again.
I always thought that “Admiral Kuznetsov” translated into “Admiral Kuznetsov,” but maybe it actually means “Swamp Castle.”
Three heart patients died after a mob of lawyers rampaged through a Lahore hospital in a dispute with doctors.
Up to 200 lawyers wearing traditional black suits stormed the Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC), smashing windows, doors and equipment and setting a police van ablaze.
That really seems like the sort of thing I’d expect less out of reality and more out of… what? A Mel Brooks movie? Zucker Brothers?
Lahore government official Kamran Ali told Reuters the lawyers were enraged by an earlier incident where doctors allegedly beat a lawyer at the hospital over his refusal to get in a queue of patients.
Huh. At no point here do the lawyers come off well.
Especially given that patients died, one hopes that these lawyers not only get disbarred but also perma-banned from getting any professional medical care in the future.
