At this time, it looks like the inboard engine on the starboard wing may have had some trouble… the prop is stopped and appears feathered.

  1. When they built that with the giant single-wheeled main gear, there were only two runways in the United States that could handle its weight; so long range test flights were always from one to the other and back.
