On the one hand…

Bin Laden raid bestseller’s author to pay $7m

Former Navy SEAL Matt Bissonette  wrote a book about whacking Osama Bin Laden. But he didn’t submit the book for review by The Authorities, and was therefore in violation of non-disclosure agreements. As a result, he has to pay back seven *million* dollars and forfeit all future profits, royalties, film rights and speaking fees.

Can’t wait for a 2nd Clinton Presidency. Maybe we’ll get lucky and she’ll keel over before the election. Then again, I could see the Dems pulling a Weekend At Bernie’s and her followers would STILL vote for her. A dead President for dead voters.

I kind of feel sorry for the man–and I kind of don’t.

      Let me explain.

Ventura (a frogman not a SEAL) Marcinko, and now this guy. They’re not quite Air Force First Lieutenant level yet–but I can’t help but wonder if the “we’re tough like Marines–but we’re SMART–we’re spooks” mindset hasn’t gone to their heads a little.

      Sort of like Baylor fans.

The Army Rangers had a little something to do with Bin Laden’s death too–but you’d never know it. Now–we thank them all for their service of course.

Is it me, or do some of the folks coming back from the desert seem a little more schizo than usual?
