A billion reactions

It was brought to my attention that many of my posts have, say, 1 comment… and one and a quarter billion reactions. Unless all of China has suddenly taken an interest in my little blog, I have doubts that there are really that many reactions on Twitter and the like. Anybody got an explanation?
