Mars visitors Basiago and Stillings confirm Barack Obama traveled to Mars

Two former participants in the CIA’s Mars visitation program of the early 1980’s have confirmed that U.S. President Barack H. Obama was enrolled in their Mars training class in 1980 and was among the young Americans from the program who they later encountered on the Martian surface after reaching Mars via “jump room.”

Hard to tell satire from crazy these days.

This is, by far, the most humorous thing on the Unwanted Blog.

Goes beyond crazy… and to think people actually believe this stuff.

  • Dude was my roommate while I was up there. Snored like nobobdy’s business and kept listening to these damn Gil Scott-Heron records. Had to endure insipid video messages from his ex-Weatherman buddies as well. Had a hell of a jump shot though.

  • Then again, if your really did have a wormhole “jump room” and a secret Mars base, the best way to keep it secret would be to simply admit it publicly. No one would believe you, and there would be no investigation.

Well, it might explain some things.

These people are out there, and they Believe. There are more of them than you’d expect.

In the early 2000s I visited the lab of Mike Xxxxx … well, I’ll protect him from Google searches and just call him a very prominent imaging scientist who does a lot of work for NASA. He keeps a very low profile as a result of unwanted contacts from members of a certain group … one that is convinced there are ruins and a mountain-sized depiction of the front of a human head on the planet next out from the Sun. His lab was in a nondescript business park in the San Diego area; the building had no signage whatsoever, and the ground-floor lobby was an empty room with an intercom and an elevator controlled from the second floor — not quite as extreme as the opening to Get Smart, but close enough that the jokes were obvious. He told us that on several occasions he’d had reason to be glad that the access was restricted.

I also recall a couple of Open House days at JPL in the 1990s when the main entrance was picketed by members of the same group. They were convinced that JPL was part of the enormous Conspiracy To Hide The Truth, and The World Had To Know. HO-kaaay …

Not more than *I* would expect. In the late 1990’s I worked for a Well Known Publicity Seeking Space “Expert.” As a result, every two-bit crackpot would send their ideas to us, and since I had a fairly active internet presence, I got barraged with emails, letters and phone calls from people who either wanted to present their inventions or demand The Truth from me. Gah.
