Someone had the idea, fine. Someone made the ad, fine. Someone acting on behalf of (.: basically as) the government didn’t see anything wrong with it and approved it, not fine at all.

As a former “Keystone”, I gotta say that PA in general always had me guessing……….it’s a wierd place.
Ed”DaThug” Rendell knew 5 years ago that Dept Trans was NOT going to allow him to steal I-80, and yet he and the Democrats spent all the money that was “projected” to come in from making I-80 a toll road. Now they are screeching that they need more money. Imagine that.
