Fun: semi-automatic short barreled 12-guage shotgun with fore and aft pistol grips and a twenty-round drum magazine.

Dangerous: getting it away from a tempermental cat using it as a pillow.

  1. Hope no O-bots come to this site. That gun would probably make them faint dead away. 🙂

  2. I’m at a loss as to what would draw the O-bots here in the first place. The topics don;t really seem like the sort of thing that Utopian Marxists would ahve much use for.

    Although…

I regularly check the visitor stats on my little blog here. Won’t be winning any “biggest blog stampede of the year” awards, but it’s still interesting to see what’s popular. And you know what? By far – and I mean by factors of hundreds to one – the most visited posting is the “Retards all pissed off about forthcoming movie” posting from August 12. Yesterday it got 82 hits. The next nearest got 10. And that’s pretty much par for the course.

So… maybe the O-bots are attracted to that, as the title contains two things that define them: intellectual deficiency and rage.

  3. I suppose I’m on of those “O-bots” since I voted for him, (I voted for McCain in the primaries I had high hopes for him but both his campaign and choice of VP kept me from voting for him in the Presidental election) and I just have to say that that weapon looks DAMN dangerous….. I want one!
Maybe, two…. looks like a great gift for the wife. If I can ask, what is it and where did you get it?

Insufficient evidence upon which to make the “O-bot” determination. I voted for Bush, but I was hardly a Bushbot. Now, if you think of Obama in messianic terms, and think that his Marxist past and plans are Just Peachy Keen, then, yeah. If you get a thrill up your leg just by thinking about him, then, yeah. If you don;t think he’s an ambitious product of Chicago machine politics, but actually something Special, then, yeah.

“what is it and where did you get it?”

What: It’s a Saiga 12-guage (basically an AK-47) purchased from FBMG in Salt Lake, and heavily modified by Tromix. The barrel was shortened to 12 inches (yes, that gets Da Gubmint involved), the trigger was tinkered, the stock replaced witha folder and a pistol grip added, and H&K sights attached. The 20-round drum I picked up recently for dirt cheap; it’s a “Wraithmaker.” Google can get you the details. I also added a folding forward pistol grip and a tactical light.

If you want one, I suggest you order fast. All evidence suggests that Obama and the Dem controlled Congress will likely at least try to re-instate the Assault Weapons Ban, or perhaps even somethign even more unConstitutional.

As to whether it’s dangerous… well, it’s a short-barreled 12-guage, but even so it’s hardly concealable. So if you whipped this out at the Mall in order to cause a ruckus, you’d not get very far before someone with a CCW put you down.
